Use your confirmation or shipping email
Search your inbox and spam folder for “Steadi.” Open the order-status link in your confirmation or shipping email for the latest available information. A shipping label can appear before a carrier receives the package.
Look up an order securely
Use the email address you ordered with. Shopify handles secure sign-in for Steadi Labs and provides access to your orders. Order details are private, so the lookup opens the maker’s account service in a new tab while this page stays open.
Need help with delivery?
Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit within the U.S. See shipping details. If you cannot find your order or tracking has stopped updating, contact the Steadi team with your order number and checkout email.
