A dad. Three little kids. One idea.
A familiar problem, close to home.
With three kids under three, Scott Rodriguez had plenty of chances to see how easily a drink could go over. A can on a couch cushion. Juice near the carpet. The reach to catch it that came a moment too late.
He went looking for a solution that could work where his family actually spent time. A coaster did not solve the cushion problem, and a fixed cup holder could not move with the drink. So he began making his own.
The early prototypes took shape at home in Orange, California. Scott kept refining the idea through ordinary family use: kids, visitors, and evenings in the living room. The result was Steadi—a flexible holder with a broad base that fits around the bottom of compatible drinkware.

A drink within reach matters in more than one room. Steadi’s broad base offers a place for compatible drinkware beside a book, your pillows, or the show you are watching in bed.
It is the same Steadi design, not a separate bed attachment. There is no clamp or bed rail to install. Smooth the covers and choose a reasonably level, supported spot for the whole base. Bedding can move, and Steadi cannot prevent every spill.
